About Frazer
I enjoy blurring the line between sound and music. Utilising both field recordings and synthesis, I explore escapism through improvisation often interactivity. My installations sit somewhere between collaborative multiplayer computer game and generative musical instruments, creating experiences that transform a space or object.
As an emerging sound artist I work across film, installation and performance art. I studied BA Music Technology and Popular Music Studies (Hons) at the University of Huddersfield where I graduated in 2012 with first class honours.
Alongside my sound art I’m also Education Coordinator at Signals (a digital arts charity), Creative Director and co-founder of Teaboy Games, and co-founder of CLIP – a young peoples experimental music ensemble.
