About Max
I run a software development agency as a director and lead developer. I work with small companies, national & multi-national organisations, non-profits and government departments on a range of digital projects, consistently delivering them on-time and on-budget.
I’m able to gather and process requirements quickly and efficiently, creating designs and technical specifications with and for the whole team. I also regularly work on early-stage scoping and ‘discovery’ phases to assess the feasibility of projects. I have built and managed diverse teams of employees and contractors, defining roles, managing day-to-day and strategic objectives, designing training programmes and keeping the team motivated and focused.
Contributing to successful projects involves working with multiple frameworks and languages, requiring me to be flexible and be able to adapt quickly to new teams and new technical environments.
